Our Engineering, Performance & Instructional Center (EPIC)
EPIC is the engine behind Elevated’s technical expertise and field readiness. This in-house center supports over 400 technicians across 30+ branches by providing centralized training, diagnostics and operational support that other providers can’t match.
Through EPIC, our technicians get access to:
- Hands-on technician training and continuing education
- Board-level diagnostics and technical support
- Modernization (MOD) repair guidance and escalator-specific expertise
- Support for field operations, including HR, fleet management, tools, uniforms, route planning and logistics
National Accounts Team
For large-scale facility managers or customers with regional portfolios, Elevated offers a dedicated National Account Team. This specialized group travels to meet customers in person and ensures consistency in service delivery across multiple properties.
We currently support national organizations, including healthcare systems, universities and big-box retailers.
